Vaderaa Consulting is an independent IT consultancy based in Cork, Ireland, led by Kabir Vaderaa, a Programme Director and Enterprise Architect with over 25 years of hands-on delivery experience across transport, utilities, healthcare, and regulated industries.

Vaderaa Consulting works alongside organizations as a trusted independent partner, helping them build architecture functions, design complex systems, govern multi-supplier programs, and deliver lasting change. We are not generalists. We specialize in sectors where complexity, security, and compliance are non-negotiable.

Vaderaa Consulting was founded in 2017 by Kabir Vaderaa following 14 years at Abtran, where he rose from sole developer to chief architect, built the company's first formal architecture team, and established its cloud-first strategy. In independent practice, his first major engagement was the I-SEM integration programme at Bord Gáis Energy, leading architecture across trading, settlements, energy modelling, and reporting workstreams for Day 1 Go-Live of Ireland's new all-island electricity market.

In 2019, Kabir was engaged by Ireland's National Transport Authority to build an enterprise architecture function from scratch. There was no formalized architecture discipline, no design standards, and no governance structure in the NTA for the significant technology programs it was running. He established the team, introduced architecture review boards, design templates, cloud standards frameworks, and security-by-design governance, and has since led architecture across a growing portfolio covering transport, corporate systems, finance, and AI.
